We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and we also accept payments via PayPal.
 I can also accept bank transer, please emails me for details.
If you do need proof of purchse then please let me know immediately before payment.

Simply Scrumcious will accept returns as long as it is within 14 days of sale. I do not accept returns on hoisery if the packet has been opened only if faulty. I also do not accept returns on custom made items so this is why it is very important you let me know all correct details and please use my size guides only.
All items must be repackaged in the original packaging and original condition. There must also be a note to explain why the item is returned and from whom. We do enclose a returns invoice.
This does not apply to items that cannot be returned. These will be clearly marked.
All returns, unless the item is faulty, is at buyers cost.
Returns Policy
Return postage must be made by the buyer unless the item is faulty. I will refund you as soon as item/s have been returned to me and return postage if your item was faulty. All returned items must be returned in the same condition as sent. All labels still fixed and all packaging to be the same. There must be no strong odours on the item, tobacco smoke etc. Lastly a note must also be inside from you, stating the reason why it is being returned,your details and all other relevant details. Returns must be received back within 14 days from receipt.
*Please note execptions for returns are custom made items. There is a no return policy for these so please make sure you go by by size guides and not “I usually have size 26”

Faulty goods
If, when you receive your item it is faulty, please email us straight away to advise the fault, with your name and details of the fault, we will then give you the return instructions.

Please let us know if you prefer a replacement or refund.

Need to Register

When buying you will be asked to register with us, you will to enter only a password and your email address. Your address, phone number and email is all that will be kept by us and these are all stored securley. We do NOT store any card payments made by you. So please do shop with peace of mind.
